Physician classifications
Every clinic location carries one of four research classifications. They describe what we could document from independent sources about physicians at that specific location — not the quality of care, and not a judgement about anyone's qualifications.
A board-certified dermatologist has been identified through supporting credential sources for this clinic. The green check refers to the physician classification, not devices or treatment quality. See the evidence page for sources and review status.
This describes physician information only, not device verification or treatment quality.

A medical doctor has been identified at this clinic, but dermatology board certification has not been confirmed in the sources reviewed. This does not mean the doctor is not board-certified.

The green check appears only when source-backed physician credentials have been independently reviewed. It does not mean the entire clinic profile or its devices have been reviewed. “Doctor-led” means a medical doctor has been identified, but we have not confirmed their dermatology board certification.
What we record for each physician
- Name and qualifications as published
- PRC licensure (Professional Regulation Commission) — tracked separately
- PDS specialist status (Philippine Dermatological Society) — tracked separately, and only confirmed when tied to the specific branch
- Evidence description, source URLs and the date it was checked
- Relationship to the branch (e.g. named on the clinic's official page, listed in the PDS directory at this address)
Who decides
Clinic owners can submit credentials and evidence, but they cannot change a classification. Only DermFinder PH reviewers approve changes, and every decision is logged. Payment and plans never affect classification.
Currently on file: 1,135 physician names linked through 1,562 branch relationships, all from public research and mostly unreviewed.
DermFinder PH is not affiliated with PDS or PRC. To confirm a credential, consult the official PDS directory or the PRC verification service. Methodology · Corrections
