2. Find your branch below and submit a claim with proof of your role.
3. A reviewer approves the claim. You can then propose profile edits and submit physician credentials and devices.

Owners cannot change classifications or verification statuses — only independent reviewers can. Claiming is free, and plans never affect verification or ranking.
