Research notes

Renamed 2026-10-11 (Google Maps review): Google Maps shows no 'Skingoals' listing but 'Ricafort Aesthetic Clinic' at Tomas Saco Scapes with the same phone (+63 977 423 2170); the Skingoals page mirror posts 2026 'Ricafort Aesthetic Clinic' posts with Door 106 Tomas Saco Scapes and this phone, and links 'ricafort-clinic-onlinebooking'. Class C → B: physicians named (visiting schedule only). PDS: 'Ricafort' and 'Keana Tañedo' not in the directory copy (a 'Maria Karen Tañedo' entry is a different person). Coordinates source: third-party places listing https://exa.ai/library/place/hby395jdgr5 (exa.ai place data) – NOT Google Maps and not field-verified. Area assigned from the address/mall (verify). [Google Maps 2026-10-11] Google Maps check 2026-10-11: not found. Maps coordinates/address not used. Maps check note: No Skingoals listing; Ricafort Aesthetic Clinic (8.4692047,124.6452266, +63 977 423 2170) at Tomas Saco Scapes, different name. [Facebook check 2026-10-11, logged out] Result: found. Page: https://www.facebook.com/skingoalsaestheticscdo. Check note: FB page still named "Skingoals Aesthetics - CDO Branch" (19K followers), intro "Skingoals Aesthetic Clinic", "Closed now". Rename to Ricafort NOT shown on the FB page; a Google AI summary lists ricafortaestheticclinic@gmail.com with the same phone (rename inference not confirmed on FB). Latest Facebook post (activity signal only): 2026-01-09 (post dated "January 9", no year shown). Name decision kept: the Facebook page (19K followers) is still titled 'Skingoals Aesthetics - CDO Branch' (intro 'Skingoals Aesthetic Clinic'), same phone +63 977 423 2170; the Ricafort name rests on Google Maps and the page's mirrored 2026 posts – the rename is not shown on the page itself. 'Doc Jean' in a comment (no credential) not used. FLAG: Google Maps: no Skingoals listing; Ricafort Aesthetic Clinic at Tomas Saco Scapes (8.4692047, 124.6452266) has the same phone +63 977 423 2170 – treated as the same clinic, renamed (Maps coordinates not used: no place URL captured) | Facebook page still uses the Skingoals name; 'Ricafort Aesthetic Clinic' is the Google Maps name at the same door/phone – rename not confirmed by the clinic; physicians are visiting (schedule posts), not confirmed resident
