Research notes

[Google Maps 2026-10-12] Coordinates added with the Google Maps place-URL pin (OSM: Pinamalayan). Google Maps address: 'C55Q+368, Mejico Bldg. Brgy, Strong Republic Nautical Hwy, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro'. Google Maps listing name: 'Mejico Skin Clinic Pinamalayan Branch 2'. Maps check note: Rec 54. Listing is 'Branch 2' at Brgy/Strong Republic Nautical Hwy address; query address was Marfrancisco near 7-Eleven, so branch identity needs human check. No phone, website or hours shown (Add place's phone number / Add website / Add hours). Doctor name not shown. [Facebook check 2026-10-12, logged out, read-only] Page found: https://www.facebook.com/p/Lynn-Mejico-MD-Skin-Clinic-100064147061009/; address on page: Leuterio St, Calapan, Philippines; latest activity (signal only): October 1 at 8:17 AM (year not shown; page's own post on UV/skin cancer; a shared PDS post dated September 28 at 5:30 PM is also visible); closure notice: None. Hours button reads 'Closed now' (hours-based).. Note: Input URL facebook.com/p/Lynn-Mejico-MD-Skin-Clinic-100064147061009/ resolved to this page. The FB location is Leuterio St, Calapan, not Pinamalayan, and no Pinamalayan or Sunday schedule appears. Same page and phone as the Calapan entry already in fr_a (mejico-skin-and-medical-clinic-leuterio-st), so this row is probably a duplicate of that clinic. Not set as this branch's page: the Lynn Mejico MD Skin Clinic page gives only Leuterio St, Calapan. Coordinate source: Google Maps place URL (OSM-checked). FLAGS: Possible duplicate of the Calapan Mejico clinic: the Lynn Mejico MD Skin Clinic Facebook page lists only Leuterio St, Calapan; but Google Maps has 'Mejico Skin Clinic Pinamalayan Branch 2' (Strong Republic Nautical Hwy, Pinamalayan) – NOT retired; confirm branch/schedule
